Old Age – a State of Mind

In this article, we are discussing Old Age – a State of Mind. Basically, old age is nothing, but a state of mind as in this contemporary word there’s nothing called old age. Most of us want to have an eternal youth. Well, there is no magic potion for that but you can live your life to the fullest. There is nothing more worrisome than the increasing number of candles on the birthday cake. There is so much you can do to halt the process of aging but eventually, it is going to happen sometime. Many people say “Age is just a number.” And it is true because you will only feel old as you make yourself feel. When people start becoming older in age they tend to give up activities that would make them feel youthful and energetic.  However, there are such people who no matter how old they get are always on the move, they socialize, they work out and they do what makes them happy. Therefore, Old Age is just a state of mind.
